SPARKS Paper Smooches challenge - Anything goes!

Playing with stencils!

Thanks to the challenge at Moxie Fab World I've had my first go at using stencils and here's the result;

The stencil I used here is from Fiskars. Butterfly from Hero Arts and sentiment from There she goes.

Stars, Stars, Stars!!!

Today's card is for two of my favorite challenges; Both Create  and Paper Issues have stars as their theme this time! For my card I used Lawn Fawn stamps (Critters in the park, Critters ever after and You're a star) and dies.

I recently discovered the cutest images by Wendy Burns; All Dressed up , and just had to play along in their "Use a button" challenge. I made sure I used some glitter for the Simon Says Stamp challenge  too!

Glitter fun!

Today I'm sharing a card which isn't very much me:

Glitter isn't really my thing, but I wanted to play along with the Simon Says Stamp challenge this week too and when I saw a Beautiful card by Tasnim I wanted to try the technique she'd used, where you first emboss your image, then fill the different fields with glue and then add the glitter. My flowers were really Beautiful till I had the not so very great idea to create an inked bg for them (should of course have been done first). A lot of glitter came off during my harsh treatment but I still think it looks OK. The flowers and sentiment stamps I used are from Purple Onion Designs.

Lawnscaping Challenge# 106; Try a new Technique

Hi Everyone!
I'm here to introduce a new challenge at Lawnscaping. This time we challenge you to try a new technique!

For my card I used one of Lawn Fawn's cool ABC die sets: Cole's ABC's. The bg is painted with watercolors then I added lots and lots of crackle accent from rangers and Before it dries I added lots of glitter (Martha Stewart) I really like the look, but it was impossible to catch on camera. Had to give up )-:
