I am so super excited to be part of the Altenew July 2018 Stencil Release Blog Hop. There are so many wonderful products in this release I know you will love them all! If you want to check them out you will find them HERE!
For this first card I played with the absolutely fabulous Mega Hydrangea Stencil. I inked my panel in lilac and then sprayed on both antique-gold-metallic-ink-spray and pure-white-ink-spray. The flowers are from the beautiful set Perfectly Perfect Stamp Set released last month. Colored them with copic markers.
For my second project I used the super fun City Scene Stencil. I am in love with it! I inked my houses in different shades to create a feeling of distance. Here I mixed it with stamps from Hug Me - Stamp and die bundle and sketchy-cities-america and dies from Inline Alpha die set.
This one was created when I had a stencil - the Flowing Drops Stencil - full of forest-glades-metallic-shimmer-ink-spray from another project and simply stamped with the stencil on mint green cardstock. I thought the effect was beautiful but wanted to add a bit more texture so I sprayed on some sea-glass-metallic-shimmer-ink-spray. I then diecut a Mega Alphabet A - Z Dies to which I added texture using the Feeling Dotty Stencil and some embossing paste. The flower is from the Beautiful Perfectly Perfect Stamp Set
For this card I also used embossing paste, but befor I removed the Spring Garden Stencil I sprayed on iridescent-shimmer-ink-spray. The flower is from the large Altenew Washi tape and the alphas are Inline Alpha die set.
I had to play some more with the Lovely Flowing Drops Stencil. Here I used it with alcohol inks and I just love how it came out. fox from Hug Me - Stamp and die bundle and letters from Inline Alpha die set
Here I used the Elegant Swirls Stencil - first inked turquoise on turquoise cardstock but and both Before and after I removed the stencil I sprayed with pure-white-ink-spray and some iridescent-shimmer-ink-spray. The flower is from Perfectly Perfect Stamp Set.

The first card was my favourite with the purple and orange, and then the last one with the swirls and little flower, but everything in-between was really amazing too!

ReplyDeleteSuch beautiful cards! I love how you used the hydrangea stencil as a background for other florals. I have been having a hard time appreciating that one since it is so busy and I can't really pick out any individual flowers. In your card it makes the perfect background.
