Hang in there!

Inspired by the Thinking of you challenge at Moxie Fab and the  WCMD challenges at Paper Smooches  and the For the girls challenge at CAS-ual Fridays I created this card today while Mikael and Ted went to a hockey game ! It is for the Pink (Breast Cancer month) category and based on the Operation write home sketch. I tried to make it one layer too, but it didn't work 100% with the sketch - well, no bulk and none of my dear foam adhesives anyway (-:.
I used the cute  Swanky Snowdudes and Hang in there sets for my card:

 

This is a "Thinking of You" card that I really wish I didn't have anyone to send to  - but unfortunately it is for my dear pen pal Sarah in New Zeeland who is battling the treatments after having a breast cancer tumor removed. We've been pen pals since 3rd grade and we have written eachother at least every other month since then  (30 years soon) - only ordinary oldfashioned letters on pretty stationary left over from childhood collections (-:  - never e-mails. Even if we live so far apart - actually as far apart as you can live - she's probably the one of my friends who knows me best - it is safe to tell her EVERYTHING about EVERYTHING and I appreciate what we have so much!
