Today I have two new MFT cards. The first one is for one of Ted's friend's little sister who turns 2 next week and I thought this cute PI image would be perfect. I used MFT hybrid ink and colored her with both copics and watercolor. I LOVE the hybrid ink because I don't have to choose between copics OR watercolor - I can use both on the same project!
For the next one I played with gold embossing and watercolor mixed with some MFT inks on watercolor paper. The dots are made from mft diecuts that I've colored with copics and then added some glossy accent to.
I'm entering these for the "Anything goes" challenge Simon says stamp Wednesday Challenge
Make sure to vist the MFT blog where there are links to my super talented teamies for more inspiration !

ReplyDeleteThe birthday girl (and her parents) are going to adore this card. What a sweet image and perfect for a two year old. Your coloring/watercoloring is, as always, impeccable. What a fun technique on your roses. They have such an interesting "texture", and the lighter to darker colors give such interest to them. Love that you've made your own 'enamel' dots, too. Great idea, must try that one again. Bev
ReplyDeleteThat first card is a perfect one for a little birthday girl, so sweet! Love the scribbled flowers!
