Hello and welcome to Day 4 of Release Countdown Week with MFT. I am so excited about this month's new products; Today we are showcasing some adorable new stamps from Birdie Brown and a super fun and sweet dieset to make a hut - Isn't it super cute???:
This hut is perfect for a beachscene on a card but I Think it is cute like this on its own too! I die cut the different straw layers and inked them Before assembling them on a diecut hutcard. The girl and flowers attached using foam adhesive.
And here's anothe way to use these wonderful stamps. I used the flower stamp to create a wreath window.
The sky and water are inked using blu raspberry and tropical teal hybrid ink.
As always, complete product details, videos and links to all designers playing along with today's featured products can be found at the MFT Blog.
Have a wonderful day, Hope you'll be back tomorrow for the another day of Release Countdown fun with My Favorite Things!

ReplyDeleteTwo more Polynesian looks that I like very much. The hut is done both outside and inside and it is so wonderfully done. The Polynesian set is enough to stir any hips to begin moving to the hula sound. Great job.
ReplyDeleteI'd like to see a video on how you did the window... using the dies or by hand?
ReplyDeleteOMG! Your window card is so lovely! How hard was it to cut out?
ReplyDeleteLove the ocean scene behind your hula dancer.
ReplyDeleteWhat neat ways to do the cards. I love that you made the hut into a card. Also the little cutout and scenery on the second is my favorite.
