Today I'm  excited , but also sad to be back with my fourth, and last )-: , post as the Designer Spotlight for July for my favorite challenge; The Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge. I have had soooo much fun and am so grateful for this month -will miss it a lot !!!

Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge #430 We're Seeing Stars, My Favorite Things - Designer Spotlight

Hi Everyone!

I am so happy today to get to introduce this weeks challenge at Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge. It is called  We're Seeing Stars and this is my take:

 The Products that the team are high lighting this week come from My Favorite Things.
I started by making a cardbase from gray cardstock and then diecut a stitched rectangle from black cardstock that i inked and spattered with oxide distress ink.I then stamped and colored and diecut my cute space boy and then adhered him to the panel with foam adhesive.

World watercolor month day 18 Furry Friends

Hi Everyone!

Today I combinded the promt for day 18 with a pet portrait comission of this Beautiful Golden Retriever called Ramsey;

The colors I used for this one: Raw and burnt sienna, burnt umber, french ultramarine, alizarin crimson, quin gold, neutral tint, sepia

Lawn Fawnatics Challenge # Color

Hi Everyone!

I'm here to share a card for the new Lawn Fawnatics Challenge. This time we have a beautiful color board to inspire you and this is my take:

I started by making a cardbase from White cardstock and then diecut a stitched journaling card. I then diecut five rows of hearts (a perfect die that comes with the journaling card) and staped my sentiment.

I then cut strips of cardstock that I adhered to the cardbase before adhering my journaling card to my card with foam adhesive.

Krafti'n Kimmie Guest - Release Week - Woodland Wonders

Hi Everyone !!!

Welcome back to Day FIVE of our July Krafty Peeks
at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

Sunday Watercolor World Watercolor month day 21-22

Hi Everyone!

Today I'm sharing my prompts for day 21-22 for World Watercolor month :

This one (above) is from Gotland , the island off the Swedish east coast. And Gotland simply  is summer to me (-: . 

#22 Wind in the Trees

The second one is for the prompt #22  Wind in the trees - This is a painting I made from a sketch I made while I was waiting for my dear hubby to complete his orienteering race (I had a shorter race) at Lindome, Barnsjön (Childlake (-: ) last year. 

To be honest there wasn't a lot of wind that day, but enough to qualify, dont you think (-: 

I think the prompts should be used as inspiration and to me it's been a great reason to get the things that have been in my "want to paint folder" done.
