Sunday Watercolor : Magpie




I use Winsor Newtons Artists' watercolors and Daniel Smith's extra fine watercolors. The paper I use is 140lb 300 grams Arches rough or fine.

    Beautiful Magpie, Karin. I so admire the depth and detail you get with your watercolors. This scene looks so wintery and I really like the extra bits of color you picked up in the tail. Just wonderful! Thanks so much for sharing. :)

    I love seeing birds from different countries ... this little guy is adorable! There are the most wonderful Jays in the UK that I watched while visiting London!
