It is Sunday and time for Sunday watercolor. Today I'm sharing apainting of appleblossoms:
The first one (above) was painted on Arches rough while the second (below) on fine grain paper.
I use Daniel Smith's extra fine watercolors and Winsor and Newton's professional colors with the best lightfastness. The paper I use is 100%cotton 140lb 300 grams Arches rough or fine.

Both a beautiful and look like they could be framed and hung on the wall, Karin. I really like the rougher texture of the first picture. It seems to have some character for lack of a proper term. Then I look at the second and see more details, like on the branch. which is also wonderful. Your talent is tremendous. :)
