For my second card I wanted the cute Peeking Cat (there will be better pictures soon, but I am on vacation to Barcelona so these will have to do for now (: to shine and went super CAS. The bg panel is stamped with the Round and Round Background and heat embossed in white. For the inked center I used the same distressinks as for the card above. The sentiment is from one of my new top favorite sets - the Tiny Words Birthday.
