Hi Everyone!!!
I am so excited to get to be part of Simon Says Stamps' Lucky to Know You release blog hop today!
I start by sharing two egg cards - I absolutely LOVE this egg die - It will work for so many different kinds of designs - super cool for Easter shaker cards, Egg window cards etc. etc.
I started out by diecutting the solid egg from Lawn Fawn's pretty DANDY-DAY paper and inked that with distress ink. I then cut the text /pattern part of the FABERGE-EGG-Wafer-Dies from METALLIC-CONFECTIONS-KRAFT-STOCK and adhered it to my egg.
I decorated the egg with diecut flowers. The cardbase is decorated with the OUTLINE-FLORAL-FRAME to give it some extra texture.
For my second card I used the lovely stencils LAYERED-TULIPS and layer by layer created a little tulip field scene which I think will make a beautiful spring/easter design. An embossed bg would have been lovely too but here I wanted the tupip panel to be in full focus.
Now it's time for you to hop on - remember:
