Simon Says stamp Wednesday Challenge #620 Time to Sparkle and Shine, Whimsy Stamps

Hi Everyone!

I am here to introduce a new challenge at the fun and awesome Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge.

This week's challenge is called: Time to Sparkle and Shine
The team is showcasing products from: Whimsy Stamps

And this is my take:

I started by making a cardbase and covering that with Beautiful Rainbow paper. I then diecut Another panel using the Lovely floral border from Simon Says Stamp. I adhererd it and decorated it with rhinestones, glitterdots that I made from gold paper and Glossy accent .
