It is Wednesday again and I am here to introduce a new challenge at the fun and awesome Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge.
This week's challenge is called: Rain or Shine (I hope you can spot my raindrops (-: )

I started by making a cardbase and a panel. I masked the panel using postit notes and inked the sky. I added glossy accent drops for rain
I colored the image and attached to card with foam adhesive. The inside says - - Love you Rain or Shine!!!

Neenah Solar White cardstock (for the stamped and colored images)
