May inspiration on the Lawn Fawn Blog

  Hi Everyone!

I'm here to share some inspiration on the LawnFawn blog. Today I wanted to share some inspiration using the new, absolutely wonderful Gumball Machine die.

I started by making my cardbase and then cover the front with a panel diecut from  PORTRAIT SCALLOPED SLIMLINE WITH HEARTS Die. I then cut another panel slightly smaller than the scalloped one. I inked the edges to create some dimension and depth and also added stars using  the STARRY SKY Stencil  . I used Antique Linnen distress ink. Using brushed courdoroy I inked a desk for the gumball machine to stand on.

I diecut the parts for the machine from off white cardstock and colored them using copic markers. For the metal parts I used gold ink - you can also color them with a copic gold-ish color and then add some gold watercolors on top.

I also diecut a banner which I stamped with my sentiment and adhered to the bottom center of the card.

The LawnFawn blog is such a great place with lots of inspiration for your papercraft projects.
