For my card I stamped the super sweet stamp "Dancing with Flowers" (HA) and clearembossed it (Ranger's). Then I used the envelope pattern (HA) and stamped the background. To get the shadowy effect I used a dauber with walnut stain and worked my way from the middle and out. I also embossed the frienship sentiment on the cardbase with Ranger's gold.
I'm also entering this card at Hero Art's , Reasonable ribbons' and Wee Memories "summertime/ summer fun"challenges . Personally I can't think of anything more fun and summery than celebating Midsummer which we did here last week. Unfortunately it was rainy and cold this year - think you can tell from my jacket... (the 1st picture is just one I found on the internet)We still danced around the pole and had the traditional lunch of herring, new potatoes, Swedish meatballs, salmon, eggs with black caviar and hard bread with Cheddar cheese.
This last picture is of my sweet niece who recently lost her two front teeth - I just LOOVE that smile!!!
