EXCITING NEWS !!!

I think you can guess how chocked and honoured I was when Charlie O'Shields of Doodlewash.com and founder of the World Watercolor Month and the Facebook Group World Watercolormonth  asked if he could do a feature of me on the Doodlewash blog. And now I'm so super excited to share that it is live and you can read it HERE .
If you like watercolorpainting and haven't joined yet, you just have to check out this wonderful Group. There are people from all over the World who share their art, their love for the medium and who support eachother and eachothers' development. It is just wonderful and such an inspiration and great reason to paint.
In the feature I mention a wonderful teacher that introduced me to watercolorpainting and made me fall in love with it, back when I was working as an au pair in Lexington, MA -90-91, Mrs Norma Regillo and wanted to share a picture of her here. Unfortunately, I found out that she had passed away last year.

And here's a painting of mine from back then:

Please pop over to Charlie's Blog and read about his art and all the amazing artists that have been featured before me, so many interesting stories, inspiring tips and wonderful art!

Have a wonderful day!

Congrats Karin! See... I told you that you were awesome! I've loved each and every day of your watercolor postings for the World Watercolor Month though I hadn't made time to comment as often as I would have liked. Glad to see others are recognizing your talent too! So glad you starting painting more frequently again :-)
