Hi Everyone!
I'm here to share another card as inspiration for the Lawn Fawnatics Challenge. This time our theme is and this is my take:
To create my butterfly I started out by diecutting my layered butterfly - the solid one from vellum and the lacey one from white cardstock. I then used distress ink to ink both the vellum and the white cardstock. You then have to let the vellum dry completely before you adhere the cardstock to the vellum.
I then created my border by diecutting VALENTINE-BORDERS and adding some die cut LACY-BORDERS.
Make sure to pop over to the Lawn Fawnatics blog for lots of wonderful inspiration from my talented teamies and for all the info you need to play along! This is beautiful, Karin. I love the colors in the butterfly, so delicate and pretty. Your use of white always impresses and inspires me. Thank you for sharing.
Oh Karin!! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this card!! The way you used that heart border die (which I have and have never used) in the background is fantastic!!
