ABC

Here's a set of cards I've made for the Moxie Fab card set challenge;  It will also be for "cards for kids" at Simon says stamp challenge. I used waltzing mouse stamps sketch for it. My other entry for this challenge will be closer to the sketch, but I still wanted to enter these (-: since I started out with this fabulous sketch!

The stamps I've used are from Gel-a-tins sets; Traffic signs, Little buddies, Pet Shop and Back to School Letters.

Easter card with egg-stra many eggs

Here's one of two cards I've made for Paper Smooche's April challenge. I used the digi stamps Kim so generously provides for free - super thanks. I usually want the "real" thing but I love the images Paper Smooches has and this egg basket is sooo super sweet! So I took advantage of it beeing a digi and made backgroundpaper from smaller baskets and then printed a regular sized one for the ....
I will also enter this card at ABCdt's challenge to make easter cards and for Wee Memories where you are challenged to use twine.

Just Me, Thinking of You!

For this card I used the colors from JayGee's Nook beautiful pictures, I stamped my background paper for Lawnscaping's challenge and it has soft spring colors for Simon says Stamp challenge and  the Kraft Journal.

The stamps are from Prickley Pears.

Another Easter Card!

My Easter card has the colors fom Embellish color trends challenge, I made the background paper by stamping it myself for Lawnscapings challenge, it's an Easter card for ABCdt's and Let's ink it up Easter challenges and it has spring colors for Simon says Stamp + it had buttons, bling and bloom for the  Stamptacular Sunday challenge and it has diecuts (the buttons + flower is made from die cuts) + ribbon for Really Reasonable ribbon.
+ I based it on the fabulous sketch at Skipping Stone's Design

Here's my entry for this month's challenge at Hero Arts; Masquline cards! It is also for the Brown, Green and Kraft Challenge at CR84FN
And since this color combo is anothe one of my favorites (don't think it has escaped anyone how much I like Kraft!!(-:) I will also enter it at Wee Memories Favorite Color Challenge.

I've used stamps from the following sets: Joy Ride, Type, Dictionary Greeting and Going.

Easter Card!

Here's an Easter Card I've made using Gel-a-Tin's new stampset - Easter Bunnies.

I will enter it for Create's and ABC's challenge to make Easter cards and for CR84FN's color challenge #22  to use brown, green and kraft. ? I'm so sorry I don't own any Lawn fawn stamps, but still hope it is ok to enter their challenge this week to make your own patterned paper.

Small and sweet balloons!

I got my first die cutting machine only a few weeks ago- can you believe it ??? so silly, but being a textile teacher I thought I did fine with my sissors - but uhu , how wrong I've been...
I don't own any large dies yet but my sweet host Cecilia at Cili in Papers let me use hers for a month while she's packing up and moving her great shop - and guess if I'm in heaven!!!
The lacey circles though are from my dear friend Camilla who is much wiser than me - she doesn't blog (-:

Anyway, here's a set of cards I've designed for the WMS sketch challenge. (3x3 inches) I used ballons for it so I could enter some  more typical "Karin"-cards for the "In my Beautiful Balloon" challenge at Moxie fab 
I also used the colors from the Playdate Café - think you can tell that this (blue, pink and silver)  is a fav. color combo since it's my third entry  (-: (+ the prize is FABULOUS!!! a set of stamps from Wplus9!) and since I've used my favorite colors I'm also entering it for Wee Memorie's color challenge.

Florals

Here's a card for the Floral challenges at Tuesday Throwdown, The Shabby Tea Room and The Kraft Journal. I used the colors from Wplus9' stamp away with me challenge (white, yellow, light green and gray ) and the sketch is from Hero Arts.

Here's a card for Jay Gee's Nook challenge -see beautiful pictures below! (birds, flowers, leaves + colors) It is also for the color challenge (blue, pink, silver) at The Playdate Cafe and I've used the Skipping Stone's fabulous sketch for it. The stamps are from SSD.

Coming to pick you up "In my Beautiful Balloon!"

Here's my first entry for Moxie Fab's fab challenge to use Hot Air Balloons in an innovative way.

This is actually a card I started out making for the Tuesday Trigger - Decadently Yours but never got to finish. But took the chance now because even if it isn't the most beautiful balloon you've ever seen, at least I hope it is a little inventive (-;

I stamped 5 balloons from the Up and away set and cut them out, folded them and glued them together to create the little 3d ballooon.

Inspired by the TT pic I used paper cups (or whatever they might be called in English) for the basket and the balloon was supposed to resemble one of the truffles.

All the stamps I've used are from PTI, Up, up and away, Wonderfully Whimsical, and Tiny Treats Christmas.
