I'm here to share a card for the new Lawn Fawnatics Challenge. This time our theme is  Make the sentiment the star and this is my take:

Here I played with lots of layers of White cardstock. The Beautiful FANCY-SCALLOPED-RECTANGLE making a wonderful outer Lacey edge. I decorated the Beautiful scripty Congrats with Lovely Lawn-Fawn-SPRING-SPRIG-Lawn-Fawn  flowers.
