Celebrate with Paper Smooches and IE

Today's card was made for the 4-color challenge at Paper Smooches, and the Party Challenge at Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge but also for the Inspiration Journal where I and my super talened Inspiration Emporium teamies share  inspiration.
