Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge # 590 Anything Goes, Whimsy Stamps

Hi Everyone!

I am here to introduce a new challenge at the fantastic Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge.

This week's challenge is called: Anything Goes

And this is my take:

I inked a bg panel, then diecut a leaf frame before adding my stamped and colored pandas and flowers!
