I am back today to show you Another great way to use the kreate-a-lope template by  green-sneakers. Here I ripped out a page from a wall-paper sample catalogue and ( 1.+2. )used the template to find the design I liked best for my envelope and then 3. cut it and folded it the same way as I did with my digi prited version in THIS post. 4. I used the center card and cut out a perfect matching card to go with the envelope. This only took me about two minutes!!!

At Paper Smooches SPARKS challenge it is anything goes and I decided to play along and created this card inspired by their inspiration photo from last June. I was inspired by the colors, the patterns and the "sweet" theme.

Today I have a Mother's day card for you.
I used some Lawn Fawn and October Afternoon papers and a beautiful Maya Road flower. Lace from Webster's Pages and stickers from Cosmo Cricket - die Cuts from October Afternoon.

Today's card is for the Anything Goes challenge at Paper Smooches Sparks Challenge. I used stamps from the wonderful set Leafy Greens and the woodblock stamp Congratulations.

I used inspiration from the Tuesday Trigger at Moxie Fab World and will be entering this card for the birthday card challenge at CAS-ual Fridays.

New Challenge at TSG

New Challenge at TSG called April Showers and May Flowers !!!

 

 

There's a new challenge at TSG stamps starting today; April Showers and May Flowers;  and I've made a sample for it! But what does swiming hippos have to do with that you ask! Well, on out DT schedule it said flowers and/or water so I took the water part literally, but when I was done with my card I read the instructions for the challenge more carefully (I do this so often - why don't I ever learn??? ) and realized that it meant more like Flowers and April Showers - well, well - hope you got some inspiration to use water - of some kind ! on your cards this week (-: anyway!

The stamp I used is from a super cool set called Zoo-pendous.

Today I have a crad for Hero Art's Printables challenge. I've used my favorite digital printable ever - the Hero Arts woodcut owls - they are just soooo ADORABLE. I also used Old letter Writing. What's so great with printables is that you can get them the size you want them - quite useful sometimes!

The wonder of Water Color!

 

Today I'm sharing some of my water color paintings. But first a card for the The wonder of Water Colors challenge at Moxie Fab. I used to paint a lot when I was younger both water colors and oil paintings, but lately I've become quite lazy (to my mum's dismay) and love to create things that are finished much faster. I still love the water color look so the water coloring stamp technique is perfect for me - You ink your stamp in different colors and then spray the stamp with water before stamping it onto your card. I'm quite pleased with the result - hope you like it too.

The stamps I've used are from Gel-a-tins - Big and Wild and PTI - Birthday Basics.

I made sure I made a birthday card so I could enter it for my dear bloggie friend Annette's  BirthdayAnniversary Challenge and kept it Clean and simple for CAS-ual Friday's Birthday Challenge.
