How to make this card:
I started by making a cardbase and then diecutting a panel that I stamped and colored before adding to the scalloped panel and attached them to my card with foam adhesive.

Ranger's Distress ink
Neenah Solar White cardstock (for the stamped and colored images)
Simon Says Stamp Ultra Thick Cardstock (120 lb) (cardbase and die cuts)
Jet Black Archival ink (for watercoloring)
Scotch foam adhesive
Glue Dots
