FAWNY HOLIDAY WEEK - Two Elegant SNOW FLURRIES BACKDROP cards!

 Hi Everyone

Yippie! it's the best time of the year for cardmakers - Lawn fawn's wonderful Fawny Holiday Week is here, with lots of wonderful inspiration for your Christmas cardmaking!

I just LOVE to make sweet and cute Christmas cards with all the adorable stamps Lawn Fawn has for that but this time I wanted to use the absolutely wonderful Snowflake Backdrop and create some more "elegant" cards. Here they are:

I started by making my cardbase and then cover the fron with a panel diecut from the beautiful LET IT SHINE STARRY SKIES paper. I inked the edges to create some dimension. I stamped my sentiments and heat embossed them. One directly to the cardfront the other to a black strip.

I then diecut the wonderful SNOW FLURRIES BACKDROP , one from gold and one from white cardstock and the adhered them to my cardfronts using foam adhesive.

I then stamped, colored and diecut three christmas trees from one of my alltime favorite Christmas sets - the SNOW DAY . I also diecut and inked a beautiful STITCHED POINSETTIA  using distress ink. I assembled my card adding my details using glue dots and foam adhesive.

Now pop over to the Lawn Fawn Blog for awesome cards from the super talented team - so inspiring!.
