Lawn Fawn Holiday Inspiration Week

 Hi Everyone!

I'm so excited to be part of the FawnyHolidayWeek on the Lawn Fawn Blog

I absolutely LOVE the LIFT THE FLAP TREE BACKDROP and how beautiful it is and also how fun and creative you can be with it. Here I wasn't very creative, I just used it as a beautiful bg for my Gnome scene. I inked my bg and added the diecut tree bg. I used rough watercolor paper to get some texture and added distress ink to make them look round. After I had adhered everything to my panel I spattered it with white gouach to create the look of snowfall. I then diecut and colored the sweet gnome and added him to my card with foam adhesive.

Also make sure to pop over to the Lawn Fawnatics blog to check the current challenge and for lots of wonderful inspiration from my talented teamies and for all the info you need to play along!  By entering a card in the challenge you have the chance of winning a 25 $ gift card to the Lawn Fawn Store ! FawnyHolidayWeek 2 Happy Howlidays

 Hi Everyone!

I'm so excited to be part of the FawnyHolidayWeek on the Lawn Fawn Blog

This card is super easy to make! I started by cutting a cardbase and then a strip of blue and silver snowflake paper that I inked using distress ink. I adhered the strip to the top part of the card and then cut another strip panel - this time from white cardstock. I stamped my sentiment , added the panel of white cardstock to the bottom half of the card as snow ground. I stamped and colored images and added glossy accent to the lightbulbs. I then added my images to my card with foam adhesive.

Inspiration on the Lawn Fawn blog Mice Decking the Christmas tree

 Hi Everyone!

I'm here to share two Holiday Critters cards for inspiration on the Lawn Fawn Blog

For my first card I started by making a cardbase and diecutting a panel from white cardstock. I then masked the edges of my panel and stamped and masked and stamped the little mice scene. I removed my masking and colored the sweet mice decorating the tree. After I was done I diecut a slightly smaller panel that I scored using my scoring board to create "wood paneling" (-: I then cot the window and cut out the center of my wood panle so one could look through the window to see the little scen I had created.
The second card was done the same way, only I didn't add the top panel and window! I am in LOVE with these mice - I hope you are too (-:

SSS November Card Kit project

  Hi Everyone!

I am here to share a new Simon Says Stamp Card Kit project !
This time with the November 2021 kit!

I stamped some of the images from the stampset in the kit using antique linen distressink and then I used Karin Brush Markers as watercolors to color this soft wintry scene.
I then made a cardbase and a window panel from the awesome Neenah Desert cardstock that also came with the kit. I adhered my "painting to the cardbase and then atached the frame with foam adhesive squares.
On the Simon Says Stamp blog You'll find awesome Card Kit galleries for their products where you can upload your projects to share with others or just visit to be inspired by others.  There are galleries for each month's kit which is great if you need some new ideas for how to use the things in your kit!

LawnFawnatics Challenge # 113 Holiday Critters

Hi Everyone!

I'm here to share a card for the new Lawn Fawnatics Challenge. This time our theme is to make cards with Holiday Critters and this is my take:

I wanted to make a sweet Christmas card for my friend's daughter who is so in love with her Bathtub Duck and ducklings and thought the RUB-A-DUB-DUB would be perfect for it. Here's Big Brother Santa duck handing out gifts to little sister. I wanted some texture for my bg panel and simply used my scoreboard to create some embossed stripes.
