More inspiration for 143 Lawn Fawnatics Challenge: Show us Where You Live: feature something unique to your city, state or country

  Hi Everyone!

I'm here to share some inspiration for the new Lawn Fawnatics Challenge. This time our theme is  Show us Where You Live: feature something unique to your city, state or country. I am Swedish and I think Lappland with the Sami people, the nordic light and the vast plains, the mountains and the reindeer are unique .

I started by making my cardbase and then masked it and stamped and inked the mountain scene. I then diecut a panel that I diecut a window from and adhered to the card using foam adhesive. I used the sweet fox and sweather from cover the front with a panel diecut from UGLY AND BRIGHT  to create my Sami-character.

I then diecut and colored the letters for SWEDEN and adhered them to the bottom center of the card.

Karin's February inspiration on the Lawn Fawn Blog

   Hi Everyone !

I'm still in a Valentine mode and created this soft and sweet

I started by making my cardbases and then cover the fronts with  panels cut from the beautiful LIGHT BROWN WOODGRAIN cardstock. I then cut top borders using LACY-BORDERS
STITCHED-SCALLOPED-BORDERS from cream cardstock

I then diecut lots of flowers from different sets that I assembled and added to the card. Last I diecut the bow from build-a-barrel-apple from LF Gold cardstock and from a scrap piece of darker gold to create dimension.

Now when I need a card I can simply add the numbers for a birthday or a sentiment banner and I have the perfect card for (almost) any occasion.

Now pop over to the Lawn Fawn Blog for awesome cards from the super talented team - so inspiring!.
