Red and White Christmas

Happy Sunday!

Last night my little boy caught a terrible stomach bug so this card, for the Red and White  Christmas card challenge at A Passion for Papertrey and the Winter/Christmas theme at Simon says Stamp, was made between 6 loads of laundry and 5 bed changes and ... well, I won't bore you with more details. He's still not well so I expect another tough night and tomorrow is due date for the more than 120 grades I have to set at school )-: ...

I will also enter it for the Holiday challenge at Wee Memories, the It takes two (colors) at All Sorts, the "Anything goes at Papertake weekly and the traditional x-mas colors challenge at Crafty Emmas.

Have a great week, hugs, Karin

Oh, I hope your little boy starts feeling better tonight.
I like the muted colors you used on your cards. They almost have a retro feel to them. I love how you made the mittens shiny.the red and white plaid is a nice background.

I can handle a lot, I always say, but stomach flu is not one of those things I do very well with. Yuck, ick, gross. Not only do I hope your little boy feels much better quickly, but I hope that he's the only one who gets it!!
Good luck with getting all the grades out as well as taking care of your little man.
I love the twine wrap under the label on your card :)

Oh, Karin, no fun! Hope it doesn't spread to you or anyone else in your family. That's always my fear in our house.
This card is so cute - love the mittens!
