MFT Summer school - Session 2 ; Primary - Using red, yellow, and blue

Welcome to the third day of MFT's summer school - session 2 - The theme this week is USING COLOR ! Today's lesson is called:

Primary - Using red, yellow, and blue.

I started out by stamping and embossing the cool new Balloon string bg stamp (July release) and then ink the bg in different shades of blue to create a water/wave look. I created a frame with the pierced rectangles and then added the cute Penguin and sun (see supply list below).
