Sunday Watercolors; Greetings from Åstol

I just got back from a week on Åstol, a small - very small (-: - Island an hour North of Gothenburg. I absolutely love this Place and with one week there I found quite a lot of time to paint. Here are some sketches I did while Ted and Mikael played soccer or were fishing crabs!

I'm back next Sunday with some sea gulls I made while there too!

I use Winsor Newtons Artists' watercolors and Daniel Smith's extra fine watercolors. The paper I use is 140lb 300 grams Arches rough or fine.
I also share my watercolors and cards here:  My Instagram
If you want to see more of my watercolors, you can view them HERE or in my PINTEREST FOLDER

Have a greatday, hugs, Karin

What a lovely destination. You are one lucky lady to live near such beauty. And to have the fabulous talent to capture it so wonderfully. Happy sigh. Who is the little charmer in the last photo? Your son? He's handsome!
