Ch648 Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge - Anything Goes, Penny Black

 Hi Everyone!

I am here to introduce a new challenge at the fun and awesome Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge.

This week's challenge is called: Anything Goes
The team is showcasing products from: Penny Black

And this is my take:

I started by making a cardbase and then diecutting a panel from a mini scalloped rectangle. I then stamped my bear image and created a mask for him. I then diecut a fancy scalloped heart around himand let the diecut stay in the die when I inked the bg with distress ink.
I colored the images using copic markers and then attached the heart to my card with foam adhesive.
